Diaphragm coupling shock absorber sleeve:

Diaphragm coupling damping sleeve for 45 steel material, mainly to protect the bolt torsion and reduce the role of vibration. After the shape of the diaphragm group is stamped out, the compression anchor is generally operated on the punching machine, so the pressure of the punching machine can not be adjusted too high to avoid torsion deformation during operation. The material of the damping sleeve is aluminum rod processing according to the national standard, so the main advantage is light weight and good anchor installation. However, due to the excessive pressure on the diaphragm group with large outer diameter, the damping sleeve machined with aluminum rod will be softened by heat during rotation. Therefore, researchers have conducted research on the diaphragm coupling [1-5], but some of the results are only theoretical research results, and no optimal solution has been proposed for the structure of the diaphragm assembly. Other results only discuss a certain structure of the diaphragm (such as circular diaphragm), or only analyze a single diaphragm, and the conclusions obtained are not universal.

Diaphragm coupling elastic elements and metal pieces:

The diaphragm coupling is driven by the elastic element and the metal diaphragm to transmit torque. Due to the friction between the bolt and the diaphragm and the half coupling, the coupling needs to be tempered under the use of the coupling. The quenching treatment of coupling requires the whole section of the workpiece to be quenched, so that the workpiece is mainly composed of fine needle quenched martensite. Through high temperature tempering, the microstructure dominated by uniform tempering sorbite. Small factories can not engage in metallographic analysis of each furnace, generally only hardness test, that is, the hardness after quenching reaches the hardness of the material, and the hardness after tempering is checked according to the requirements of the diagram.

Diaphragm coupling is composed of two flanged half couplings and a group of diaphragm by screws to achieve rotation, in the installation should pay attention to the following requirements:

(1) Wipe the dirt on the surface of the installation shaft, and apply a thin layer of oil or lubricant;

(2) Clean the inner hole of the diaphragm coupling and apply oil or lubricant;

(3) Insert the diaphragm coupling into the mounting shaft, such as the aperture is too tight, pay attention to avoid hitting the installation with a hammer or hard metal;

(4) After the positioning is completed, first tighten the screw gently with the torque wrench (the specified tightening torque 1/4) in the diagonal direction;

(5) Increase the force (1/2 of the specified tightening torque) and repeat the step 4 action;

(6) Tighten the tightening torque according to the specified tightening torque;

(7) After that, tighten the fixing screws in turn in the circular direction;

(8) When disassembling, please carry out in the state of stopping the device, and loosen the locking screw in turn.
