1. Lack of oil or lack of oil for the coupling of lifting accessories. Or improper use of oil, constitute oil calcification, resulting in tooth surface can not be lubricated, or lubrication is not good, tooth surface wear is serious, this situation only needs to replace the new grease, the use of qualified grease oil, avoid oil leakage, oil quantity can be avoided.
2. The levelness and coaxial over-loss of the two shafts are too large, which is higher than the compensation planning of the coupling, so that the shaft teeth and the inner teeth are not meshed correctly, constituting some contact and resulting in additional torque. And this additional moment can be decomposed into axial forces. Acting on the inner gear ring, the force depends on the size of the fault, and is proportional to the fault, the greater the fault, the greater the force, resulting in the lifting accessories coupling inner gear ring axial displacement. If the displacement is too large will not be able to control, resulting in serious gear wear, even broken teeth, surface teeth can not mesh, until can not drive. This shortcoming is difficult to dispose, need to stop production disposal. That is, straighten the reducer, or straighten the reel.
