1. Lubrication. 2, oil storage lubrication. The lubricating oil is injected by the nozzle. The lubricating oil is kept in the outer circle of the gear by centrifugal force during rotation. This lubrication method will make the magazine residual and ring, and the cooling effect of the oil flow is poor, so it is only suitable for small power, low speed occasions. This type also has a non-flowing oil storage lubrication mode, that is, the grease is poured into the internal seal, wash and change regularly.
3. Self-flow lubrication. The lubricating oil is shot into the nozzle, flows through the gear backlash, and flows out of the sleeve hole. This lubrication mode mainly plays a cooling role, and it is difficult to form an oil film. The tooth surface wear is faster than the following lubrication.
