JM single diaphragm coupling installation procedure

JM type single diaphragm coupling specification form is relatively diverse at present, but we all in the selection process or according to the machine time to choose, so as to ensure normal installation and operation. The basic principle is that the external size of the selected component can not be too large, it needs to be accommodated by the installation space, and it needs to leave a corresponding space for observation and maintenance at any time, and it is more convenient to disassemble.


JM single diaphragm coupling installation steps are as follows:

1. Wipe the dirt and dirt on the surface of the installation shaft, and apply a thin layer of oil or lubricant.

2. Clean the inner hole of the Ling coupling and grease it with oil or lubricant.

3. Insert the Ling coupling into the mounting shaft; If the aperture is too tight, pay attention to avoid hitting the installation with a hammer or hard metal.

4. After positioning, gently tighten the screws with a torque wrench (1/4 tightening torque required) in the diagonal direction.

5. Increase the force (1/2 of the specified tightening torque) and repeat to complete step 4.

6. Tighten according to the specified tightening torque.

7. Tighten the screws in a circular direction.

8. When disassembling, please stop the device completely; Loosen the locking screws in turn.


JM type single diaphragm coupling also needs to be noted that, if the technical personnel need to install in large equipment, then because of the trouble to adjust, so should choose more wear-resistant and long service life components as far as possible, so as to delay the maintenance cycle, reduce the trouble and cost of replacement and debugging.
