The elastic part of the diaphragm consists of a thin stainless steel diaphragm laminated diaphragm assembly, the diaphragm generally has a waist type, multiple annular and other inner shape, in a uniform distributed circle on the fine nut identification and master slave flange connection. JMJ double diaphragm coupling has no sliding, no lubrication, long service time, no noise, acid, alkali, erosion resistance and other characteristics, can be used in high temperature, cold and oil, water and erosion medium conditions.
Before assembly of JMJ double diaphragm coupling, it is necessary to first examine the original effect and whether the two axles of the operator can be united, whether there are wrapping paper and bruises on the surface of the two axles, whether there are miscellaneous products in the inner hole of the two half coupling of the coupling, and whether there are bruises on the edge of the inner hole. If so, the shaft and half coupling should be solved well. Whether the diameter and length of the inner hole of the two half couplings are consistent with the original effect, the diameter of the operator and the shaft expansion. JMJ double diaphragm coupling is used to detect the end face and outer circle of two half coupling flange with dial indicator, when the outer circle of the flange is less than 250mm, the value should not be greater than 0.05mm; When the flange outer circle is greater than 250mm, the value should not be greater than 0.08mm. After the diaphragm coupling is assembled, ensure that the shaft head can not protrude out of the end face of the half coupling, so that it is better to flush.
In the normal selection process of JMJ double diaphragm coupling, the original effect of the coupling parts and the length of the half-coupling at the operator end are less than the shaft extension length of 10-30mm. However, in order to facilitate assembly, the two half couplings are placed in the crisper or oil tank to complete heat transfer, so that the inner hole is enlarged and installed. In the detection of the interval between the two halves of the coupling, along the flannel of the two sides of the half-coupling measured 3, 4 points of the reading to take a uniform value, the error of both within the range of 0-04mm. Diaphragm couplings are often heated and removed with hydraulic jacks.
