How can you use the coupling safely?

The normal use of coupling can improve work efficiency, so what problems do we need to pay attention to when using? Follow the coupling Xiaobian together to understand it:

① The coupling is not allowed to exceed the specified axis line deviation and radial displacement, so as not to affect its transmission performance.

② Bolts shall not be loose or defective.

③ Gear coupling and cross sliders coupling to regular lubrication, generally 2 ~ 3 months to add grease once, so as to avoid severe wear of gear teeth, resulting in serious consequences.

④ gear coupling tooth width contact length shall not be less than 70%; Its axial channeling momentum shall not exceed 5mm.

⑤ The coupling is not allowed to have cracks, such as cracks need to be replaced (can be knocked with a small hammer, according to the sound judgment).

⑥ the key of the coupling should be tight, not loose.

⑦ gear coupling tooth thickness wear, lifting mechanism more than 15% of the original tooth thickness, more than 25% of the operating mechanism should be scrapped, broken teeth should also be scrapped.

⑧ The elastic ring of the pin coupling and the sealing ring of the gear coupling should be replaced in time if there is damage and aging.

Note:

Coupling installation error should be strictly controlled, usually required installation error should not be more than 1/2 allowable compensation amount. Pay attention to check the alignment of the connected two shafts after operation, and the relative displacement should not be greater than the allowable compensation amount. Reducing relative displacement as much as possible can effectively extend the service life of the connected machinery or coupling. For the coupling with lubrication requirements, such as gear coupling, to regularly check the amount of oil, quality and sealing condition of the lubricating oil, should be supplemented or replaced if necessary. For the coupling on the high-speed rotating machinery, the general dynamic balance test, and according to the mark assembly. The weight difference between the connecting bolts is strictly limited and can not be replaced arbitrarily.
