Installation method of tire coupling carcass

When it comes to the tire coupling carcass, I think everyone should have some understanding of it, because it is one of the important accessories in the tire coupling. When the tire coupling is running at high speed, the tire coupling body will expand outward according to the centrifugal force of the outer edge, which will further increase the additional axial force. For this reason, measures should be taken when installing the coupling, so that the direction of stress in the tire is opposite to the direction of the stress generated during operation, so as to offset part of the additional axial force and change the work and conditions of the coupling and the two bearings. There is a half coupling at each end of the tire, which is connected with the tire by screws. The two half couplings have shaft holes and are mounted on the motor shaft and the transmission shaft. Bearings are used to support the shaft, and couplings are used to transmit torque.

The inner side of the ring in the tire coupling carcass basically adopts the vulcanization method to make it bond with the steel skeleton, and the bolt holes on the skeleton are welded with nuts. During assembly, bolts are used to connect the flanges of the two halves of the coupling, and the torque is transmitted by the friction force between the tire and the flange end face by tightening the bolts. The torsional shear deformation occurs when the tire ring works, so the tire coupling It has high elasticity, great ability to compensate the relative displacement of the two axes, good damping, simple structure, no need for lubrication, convenient assembly and disassembly and maintenance.
