1. Lubrication. The lubricating oil is sprayed into each small hole at the bottom of the gear teeth, and the oil enters the meshing surface under the action of centrifugal force, which plays the role of lubrication and cooling. The oil flows out from both sides of the tooth through the meshing surface. This type of lubrication, the oil flow circulation is constant, the magazine will flow out, and the lubricating oil injected in the centrifugal force causes the pressure into the gear meshing surface, so it has a good lubrication and cooling effect, suitable for high-speed heavy duty occasions.

2, oil storage lubrication. The lubricating oil is injected by the nozzle, and the lubricating oil is kept in the outer circle of the gear by centrifugal force during rotation. This lubrication method will make the magazine residual and ring, and the cooling effect of the oil flow is poor, so it is only suitable for small power, low speed occasions. This type also has a non-flowing oil storage lubrication mode, that is, the grease is poured into the internal seal, wash and change regularly.

3. Self-flow lubrication. The lubricating oil is shot into the nozzle, flows through the gear backlash, and flows out of the sleeve hole. This lubrication mode mainly plays a cooling role, and it is difficult to form an oil film. The tooth surface wear is faster than the following lubrication.
