Installation of diaphragm coupling:

Couplings with diaphragms usually have edges and there is a risk of scratches. It is recommended to wear thick protective gloves and other protective measures during installation. When installing the diaphragm coupling, install a protective cover and other devices nearby to confirm. Pay special attention to the error of the shaft center during installation. If the error exceeds the allowable value, the diaphragm coupling is likely to be deformed during operation, resulting in damage or shortened service life.

The shaft center deviation of the diaphragm coupling includes the three deviations of radial direction, angular direction and axial direction. When installing, it should be properly adjusted to ensure that the shaft center deviation is within the allowable value range of the corresponding product catalog. When there are multiple deviations, the corresponding rated allowable value should be halved. In order to prolong the service life of the diaphragm coupling, it is recommended to set the shaft center error within one-third of the allowable value.

The production of diaphragm coupling is composed of at least two sleeve shafts or one diaphragm. Since the diaphragm is nailed to the sleeve shaft, there will be no looseness or gap between the two diaphragms under normal circumstances. conflict with each other.
