Spring pin coupling failure Improvement!
(1) Structural improvement
① Cancel the spoke plate and pin, increase the number of spring pin; ② Simplify the spring pin structure, change the weld structure, increase the welding strength; ③ Increase the contact area between the spring pin and the hole to reduce the contact stress. The stress form of the improved spring pin is a cantilever beam, which can reduce the length of the spring pin and the number of mating surfaces, thus simplifying the structure.
(2) Improvement for failure
① Insert the flange hole connecting the half coupling and the spring pin to improve the surface hardness and enhance the wear resistance; (2) Reserve oil storage space at both ends of the spring pin, and oil soak the spring pin to improve lubrication conditions and reduce fretting wear; ③ Increase the diameter of the spring pin wire, reduce the length of the wire, so as to increase its stiffness and improve the carrying capacity; ④ The diameter of the hole and the steel wire in the cup sleeve is optimized, and the arrangement of the steel wire is simulated, so that the steel wire and the cup suite have interference fit, reduce the gap and reduce wear.
