Design features of diaphragm coupling:

5. The membrane plate part of the membrane plate coupling is very thin. Attention should be paid to protection during transportation, installation and use to avoid bumping or scratching.


Working principle of diaphragm disc coupling:

The transmission of torque is from the main (original) motor through the mounting plate and connecting bolt to the membrane plate, on the membrane plate from the rim through the profile to the hub, the middle shaft, and then from the middle shaft to another membrane plate, and then through the profile connecting bolt to the test installation plate from the motor and the driven machine. The fairing plays the role of airflow rectification, and plays the role of protecting the profile of the membrane disk in the single membrane disk structure. It also has the function of containing and protecting the middle shaft from flying out when the membrane disk is damaged. The key component of the diaphragm plate coupling is the two-section "diaphragm plate", and the torque is transmitted through the diaphragm plate with special curved surface.
