Generally speaking, the cardan shaft is composed of two fork parts and a cross part. Forgings should be forged on the water pressure or forging hammer with sufficient tonnage, and the forging should have sufficient forging ratio to make the entire section forged through to obtain uniform organization.

The more difficult to assemble in the cardan shaft is the bolt, which is easy to slip or corrode when dismantled, then it is necessary to clean with solvent and spray on the connection of the parts, which will be easy to disassemble. Due to the long-term use of the drive shaft in the cardan shaft, there will be wear and damage, resulting in the drive shaft will lose balance, abnormal sound will occur, and even lead to parts damage.

If there is Gurdon's voice, it means that the parts inside have been loosened, and we need to tighten them in time. If the speed of operation is too fast, there is a buzzing sound, that is, the drive shaft in the cardan shaft is moved due to wear, or the position of some hanging parts has been moved.

In practical applications, it is divided into heavy, medium, light and small according to the transmitted torque size.
