Chain coupling

Chain coupling is a coupling with superior performance, called roller chain coupling in full, and is widely used in fluid 

machinery and transportation equipment. There are two standards commonly used in the domestic market. The first one 

comes from the Japanese standard [JIS B 1456], which is our common KC series coupling. The biggest feature of this 

standard is that the length of the shaft hole is standardized, that is, the shaft hole length is standardized. The hole length 

is fixed. The second standard is the national standard [GB6069], which is the GL series roller chain coupling. The two 

standard structures are similar and both can be equipped with dustproof covers.

The roller chain coupling has a simple structure (composed of four parts), easy assembly and disassembly, no need 

to move the two connected axes during disassembly, compact size, light weight, certain compensation capabilities, low 

installation accuracy requirements, and reliable operation , longer life, lower cost and other advantages.
