Prestretching is used to regulate thermal expansion and initial axial misalignment. The pretension can be measured or estimated, and the measured value is the most accurate.

Five, coupling maintenance

1. Regular inspection

A) Whether the nut is loose.

B) Observe whether there are bumps, cracks or excessive permanent deformation defects on the outer surface of the diaphragm group.

C) Whether there is obvious kneading injury on the surface of the driving bolt fitting section.

D) Check whether the shaft alignment of the unit has changed. If the misalignment value has exceeded the provisions, the alignment should be adjusted again.

2, monitoring

If necessary, the vibration value of the unit can be measured during the operation of the unit. If the vibration value has exceeded the range of vibration intensity, the machine should be stopped to check the cause.
