What should be paid attention to when installing diaphragm coupling?

Diaphragm coupling has edges, it is recommended to wear thick gloves when installing.

Install a protective cover around the diaphragm coupling to ensure it is correct.

The diaphragm coupling may deform when the shaft deviation exceeds the allowable value during installation resulting in damage or shortened service life.

The allowable axis deviation of coupling includes radial, angular and axial deviation. During installation, please adjust to ensure that the axis deviation is within the allowable range in the corresponding product catalog.

When more than one deviation occurs at the same time, the corresponding allowable value is halved.

In order to prolong the service life of the coupling, it is recommended to set the shaft deviation within 1/3 of the allowable value.

Tighten the screws after inserting the mounting shaft, otherwise the coupling will deform. When tightening screws, use a torque wrench. Do not use screws other than the accessories.

If abnormal sound occurs during operation, please stop operation immediately, and check installation accuracy and screw looseness respectively. It is recommended to apply adhesive to the outer surface of the screw after installation and debugging to improve the protection performance.
