1, detection of the distance between the two shaft ends: first of all, the main and driven machine rotor should be placed in the running position, pay attention to the axial movement of the two machines, should make it close to the working position, and then detect the distance between the two shaft ends of the diaphragm coupling, and adjust to the position specified on the installation general drawing.

2. Unseal and clean the components of the full set of coupling.

3. Installation of diaphragm coupling installation plate: the inner hole of the installation plate and the match of the journal are generally designed as "transition fit" or "interference fit". Therefore, the inner hole of the installation plate and the outer diameter of the shaft should be carefully checked before installation to ensure that the surface is clean and without burr.

4, flat shaft: put the key into the keyway of the diaphragm coupling shaft, the key end should not protruding or concave into the shaft end, in order to be flush. The mounting plate is heated in the oil tank at the temperature of 120 ~ 150℃. After heating and insulation, LLB type carbeless wheel coupling should be installed on the required position of the shaft according to the installation diagram of the coupling and pay attention to the position mark. The mounting plate and the shaft end should be generally flush. Local heating is not allowed during heating to avoid deformation.

5, for the conical shaft: according to the flat shaft installation key also requires that the key is installed on the shaft, and then the installation disk is installed on the shaft, and pushed tight by hand, and then tightened with the nut, so that the installation disk axial move to its fixed position.

Alignment of diaphragm coupling mounting plate: In order to ensure the correct installation of the installation disk, the dial indicator can be used to detect the outer circle and end face of the installation disk, and the runout of the outer circle and end face should not be greater than 0.05mm. The runout of the outer circle and end face should not be greater than 0.05mm, the outer circle diameter is greater than 250mm or the installation disk matching the cone hole, In the case of end runout, 0.08mm is allowed.

7, detect the distance between the two installation disks: first of all, the main and driven machine rotor should be placed in the running position, and then measure the distance between the two installation disks F, and make the size of F in line with the size of the installation general drawing, error control within the range of 0 ~ 0.4mm. To use axial precompensation, adjust the distance between the two mounting disks according to the desired axial precompensation value.
