Diaphragm coupling adopts 6, 8 or 10 hole diaphragm group, with the increase of the number of holes, the coupling can transfer higher torque, the stronger the rigidity, but the corresponding can accommodate less displacement deviation. Diaphragm coupling is driven by elastic components and metal diaphragm to transfer torque, due to the friction between bolts and diaphragm and semi-coupling, the coupling needs to be tempered to ensure the use of the coupling. Diaphragm coupling is made up of two kinds of flange semi-coupling and a group of diaphragm by screw fastening to achieve rotation, in the installation should pay attention to the following requirements:
(1) Wipe the dirt and dirt on the surface of the installation shaft, and wipe a thin layer of oil or lubricant with it;
(2) Clean the inner hole of the diaphragm coupling and apply oil or lubricant;
(3) Insert the diaphragm coupling into the mounting shaft, if the aperture is too tight, avoid using a hammer or hard metal to hit the installation;
(4) After the positioning is completed, tighten the screws gently in the diagonal direction with a torque wrench (1/4 tightening torque required);
(5) Step 4 is repeated by increasing the force (1/2 of the tightening torque is required);
(6) Tighten and fix according to the specified tightening torque;
(7) Then, tighten the fixing screws in turn in the circumferential direction;
(8) When disassembling, please proceed in the state of stopping the device and loosen the locking screw in turn.
